job done during the 2007 NBA Finals at the Quicken Loans Arena
in Cleveland. There were indeed many frustrating obstacles to
overcome in Cleveland. We proved the old adage about "The
best laid plans of mice and men" again and again as parking
locations were changed seemingly minute by minute.
You did however provide us with excellent facilities
despite all the changes and confusion. Most importantly, you did
this with professionalism and a unwavering pleasant demeanor.
